As part of our
inquiry into our bodies, and how our different systems help us develop our
physical goals, we looked into our eyes.
Earlier in the year we graphed the eye colors in our class (all brown
except for Mrs. Katie), so we decided to survey all of the students in K2. The children were responsible for asking
their friends what color their eyes were and recording them on a tally chart. After, we got together and analyzed the
results. We found that brown eyes were
the most common in K2, followed by blue, green and grey.
We were able to practice our communication skills and research skills!
