As part of our unit of inquiry on stories, we are starting a group story write (hopefully) everyday. How we do this is we pick a couple of items to be our characters. Then, each child comes up with a sentence. So one starts, and the next child has to add onto that story to keep it going. Every few lines we introduce a new character. It has been great fun! Please excuse my handwriting, but I am writing as fast as I can to keep up with all their great ideas!
