Our healthy goals

Back in the fall we made healthy goals, both physical and healthy eating goals.  This week we revisited those goals, and looked to see whether we achieved them.  Together, we created new goals or are continuing with our old goals, for the rest of the school year (and hopefully always). We also came up with plans on how we will achieve this goals. Below you will find the children's different goals.
Parents can help support the growth and development of these goals by participating in different physical activities with them and supporting their healthy eating goals by providing the different types of food the children would like to eat in their school snacks.  Your support is always appreciated.

Roaa's goals are to have more exercise with the hoola hoop and to eat brown (whole wheat) bread instead of white bread.

Iman's goals are to be able to ride the big orange bikes and to eat apples and bananas.

Juwana's goals are to climb the K3 climber by herself and to eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread.

Malath's goals are to run faster and to eat brown bread with cheese.

Hajar's goals are to take the training wheels off her bike and to eat more tomatoes.
